Alchemist

A culinary collaboration that explores the transformation of ingredients in zero gravity. Part of a multi-year research project on interplanetary Gastronomy, this selection of recipes and ideas engages the imaginations of chefs and researchers  in collaboration with the two Michelin star restaurant Alchemist in Copenhagen, Denmark.
